Lisbon Design Week - 27 / 31 May 26

Eva Velazquez and Jimmy Beyens return to Lisbon with their unique and deeply personal approach. Jimmy collects furniture and art objects, restoring them and staging them through the poetry of natural light. Eva, a fashion designer, draws inspiration from utilitarian garments of the past, reworking pieces rooted in peasant and working-class traditions for contemporary life. Together, they create singular scenographies that have become their unmistakable signature.

The duo will present new clothing, objects, and furniture from their collection. This unique combination is an ode to the past, punctuated here and there with a touch of modernity. Their project will celebrate popular art, including folk art rooted in Portuguese tradition.
